Fees: Live Scan Fingerprints
Our Fingerprint rolling fee for Live Scan is $39.00 + Government fees. Other fees may apply if mandated by your requesting agency.
Valid Photo ID is required (in-hand – photocopies cannot be accepted)
Applicants must have Live Scan Request Form or form can be emailed to:

- (No personal checks)

Resubmission: If for any reason your fingerprints need to be resubmitted, DOJ and FBI fees will not apply. We do not charge any rolling fee for resubmission if our agency processed your initial fingerprints.
Fees: Ink Fingerprints on FBI FD-258 cards
Our rolling fees for ink fingerprints are $35. We provide fingerprint cards free of cost. Our fingerprint cards are original FBI FD-258 cards. Be sure to bring any documentation provided to you.
If you are in California, you will need a Request for Live Scan Form. Live Scan service providers in California cannot submit your Live Scan transaction without this form; we would highly recommend that you contact your employer or requesting agency to get a copy of this form. We have provided a list of these forms here However, we would highly recommend that you contact your requesting agency or employer for the correct form.
